Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most clients give us a key or door code. Every cleaner is background-checked, bonded, and insured. Many clients leave for work and come home to a spotless house — that's the whole point.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — we bring everything. All cleaning supplies and equipment are included in your price. We use eco-friendly, pet-safe products. If you have a product preference, just let us know.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Call or text us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean anything that wasn't up to standard — completely free. If you're still not satisfied after that, we'll refund your full payment. No questions asked.
Does the 50% deposit cost extra?
No. The deposit goes directly toward the total cost of your cleaning — it simply holds your appointment. You pay the remaining balance after the clean is complete.
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes, for recurring clients we assign the same cleaner each visit. They learn your home, your preferences, and your schedule so you never have to re-explain anything.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Just call or text us. We ask for 24 hours notice when possible. No cancellation fees if you give us a day's heads-up.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle are all welcome. Online card payments via Stripe are coming soon for the deposit flow.
